Me\u0111u najva\u017enijim pokreta\u010dima tih promena nalazi se ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija, koja obe\u0107ava velike promene u razli\u010ditim oblastima rada \u2014 od radnih mesta do na\u010dina na koji su organizacije ure\u0111ene.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usred straha koji promene \u010desto donose, mo\u017eemo se setiti poznate misli \u010carlsa Dikensa, koji je \u017eiveo u vreme prve industrijske revolucije. Mnoga njegova dela bavila su se lo\u0161im dru\u0161tvenim posledicama tog doba. U romanu \u201ePri\u010da o dva grada\u201c iz 1859. godine napisao je poznatu re\u010denicu:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1603e41bc0ec9cc7c3e6bddee99a8b01\"><strong>\u201e<span class=\"gs_tkn\">Bilo\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">je\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">to\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">najbolje\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">doba<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">bilo\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">je\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">to\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">najgore <\/span><span class=\"gs_tkn\">doba<\/span>\u201c<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jednostavno re\u010deno, ova misao govori da odre\u0111ena razdoblja mogu istovremeno biti ispunjena velikom rado\u0161\u0107u i te\u0161kom patnjom. Mnoga istra\u017eivanja o Industriji 4.0, kako nazivamo \u010detvrtu industrijsku revoluciju, bave se upravo tim pitanjem: priroda radnih mesta sprema se za velike promene. Do sada su mnoga radna mesta zahtevala ponavljaju\u0107e ru\u010dne poslove. Me\u0111utim, kako automatizacija i ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija postaju sve naprednije, takve poslove sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e obavljaju ma\u0161ine. Na primer, izve\u0161taj kompanije McKinsey &amp; Company navodi da bi do 2030. godine izme\u0111u 400 i 800 miliona ljudi \u0161irom sveta moglo biti potisnuto automatizacijom i primorano da prona\u0111e nove poslove, u zavisnosti od srednjih i najbr\u017eih predvi\u0111anja usvajanja automatizacije.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija ne zamenjuje samo poslove; ona stvara i nove. Izve\u0161taj Svetskog ekonomskog foruma o budu\u0107nosti poslova iz 2020. godine isti\u010de da bi 85 miliona radnih mesta moglo nestati zbog nove podele rada izme\u0111u ljudi i ma\u0161ina, dok bi 97 miliona novih uloga moglo nastati, prilago\u0111enih novoj podeli rada izme\u0111u ljudi, ma\u0161ina i ra\u010dunarskih postupaka. Ove nove uloge \u010desto tra\u017ee znanje iz programiranja ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije, ma\u0161inskog u\u010denja i obrade podataka, \u0161to pokazuje pomeranje ka stru\u010dnijim i analiti\u010dkim poslovima.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija \u0107e duboko promeniti svakodnevni rad. Jedan od najva\u017enijih uticaja bi\u0107e na produktivnost i delotvornost. Ona mo\u017ee da obradi ogromne koli\u010dine podataka mnogo br\u017ee i ta\u010dnije od ljudi, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava br\u017ee dono\u0161enje odluka i smanjuje mogu\u0107nost gre\u0161aka. Na primer, obrada podataka uz pomo\u0107 ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije mo\u017ee u stvarnom vremenu pru\u017eiti uvid u tr\u017ei\u0161na kretanja i pomo\u0107i preduze\u0107ima da donose promi\u0161ljenije poslovne odluke.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pored toga, alati zasnovani na ve\u0161ta\u010dkoj inteligenciji unapre\u0111uju saradnju i komunikaciju u organizacijama. Alati za upravljanje poslovima i virtuelni pomo\u0107nici pojednostavljuju tok rada, automatski obavljaju rutinske zadatke kao \u0161to su zakazivanje sastanaka i vo\u0111enje elektronske po\u0161te, i omogu\u0107avaju zaposlenima da se vi\u0161e posvete stvarala\u010dkim i va\u017enim poslovima. Istra\u017eivanje PwC-a pokazalo je da 54% rukovodilaca navodi da su re\u0161enja zasnovana na ve\u0161ta\u010dkoj inteligenciji, uvedena u njihova preduze\u0107a, ve\u0107 pove\u0107ala produktivnost.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uvo\u0111enje ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije u radno okru\u017eenje menja i odnose na poslu. Rad na daljinu, koji je postao \u0161iroko rasprostranjen tokom pandemije virusa korona, verovatno \u0107e u mnogim oblastima ostati trajan oblik rada, uz podr\u0161ku tehnologija zasnovanih na ve\u0161ta\u010dkoj inteligenciji. One mogu podr\u017eati rad na daljinu kroz napredne alate za komunikaciju, automatsko obavljanje rutinskih poslova i za\u0161titu podataka pomo\u0107u pametnog nadzora. Ova promena menja na\u010din rada organizacija i mo\u017ee dovesti do prilagodljivijeg radnog vremena i bolje ravnote\u017ee izme\u0111u posla i privatnog \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija tako\u0111e mo\u017ee doprineti uklju\u010divijem radnom okru\u017eenju. Pametni ra\u010dunarski postupci mogu pomo\u0107i da se smanji pristrasnost pri zapo\u0161ljavanju, tako \u0161to se kandidati procenjuju prema objektivnim merilima, a ne prema li\u010dnim utiscima. Pored toga, alati zasnovani na ve\u0161ta\u010dkoj inteligenciji mogu pomo\u0107i da radna mesta budu pristupa\u010dnija zaposlenima sa invaliditetom. Brz tehnolo\u0161ki napredak zna\u010di da zaposleni moraju stalno da obnavljaju i dopunjuju svoje znanje kako bi ostali potrebni na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada. U\u010denje tokom celog \u017eivota i stalno stru\u010dno usavr\u0161avanje postaju neophodni. Prema izve\u0161taju Organizacije za ekonomsku saradnju i razvoj, radnici \u0107e morati da unaprede postoje\u0107e ve\u0161tine ili steknu nove kako bi mogli da preuzmu radna mesta koja nastaju zahvaljuju\u0107i ve\u0161ta\u010dkoj inteligenciji i automatizaciji. Obrazovne ustanove i poslodavci mora\u0107e da sara\u0111uju kako bi obezbedili prilike za stalno u\u010denje i razvoj ve\u0161tina.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija donosi brojne koristi, ona otvara i va\u017ena eti\u010dka pitanja i izazove. Pitanja kao \u0161to su za\u0161tita podataka, gubitak radnih mesta i mogu\u0107nost pristrasnosti u ra\u010dunarskim postupcima moraju se re\u0161avati kako bi uvo\u0111enje ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije u radno okru\u017eenje bilo pravedno. Donosioci propisa i poslovni rukovodioci treba zajedno da razviju pravila i okvire koji \u0161tite prava radnika i obezbe\u0111uju da koristi ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije budu \u0161iroko dostupne.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0161ta\u010dkoj inteligenciji \u010desto nedostaju preglednost i odgovornost. Mnogi sistemi ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije, posebno oni koji koriste duboko ma\u0161insko u\u010denje, rade kao \u201ecrne kutije\u201c, \u0161to zna\u010di da njihove odluke nisu lako razumljive \u010dak ni njihovim tvorcima. Ta neprozirnost mo\u017ee dovesti do situacija u kojima je te\u0161ko utvrditi za\u0161to je sistem doneo odre\u0111enu odluku, pa je te\u0161ko odrediti odgovornost za gre\u0161ke ili pristrasne ishode.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uvo\u0111enje ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije u radnu snagu jo\u0161 je jedna oblast koja izaziva zabrinutost. Iako ona mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati delotvornost i produktivnost, istovremeno predstavlja pretnju za mnoga radna mesta. Izve\u0161taj McKinsey Global Institute predvi\u0111a da \u0107e do 2030. godine izme\u0111u 75 i 375 miliona ljudi mo\u017eda morati da promeni vrstu zanimanja i nau\u010di nove ve\u0161tine zbog automatizacije. Poslovi koji obuhvataju rutinske zadatke, kao \u0161to su proizvodnja i unos podataka, posebno su ugro\u017eeni. Takvo potiskivanje radnika mo\u017ee dovesti do zna\u010dajnih dru\u0161tvenih i privrednih potresa, naro\u010dito u zajednicama koje se sna\u017eno oslanjaju na takva radna mesta.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekonomski uticaj ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije ima vi\u0161e strana. S jedne strane, ona podsti\u010de nove ideje i rast; s druge strane, mo\u017ee produbiti ekonomsku nejednakost. Koristi od ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije \u010desto se skupljaju kod nekoliko velikih tehnolo\u0161kih kompanija i visoko obu\u010denih radnika, dok se drugi suo\u010davaju sa gubitkom posla i stagnacijom zarada. Istra\u017eivanje Instituta Brookings pokazalo je da ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati ekonomske razlike, jer najvi\u0161e koristi onima sa razvijenim digitalnim ve\u0161tinama i preduze\u0107ima koja mogu da ula\u017eu u takvu tehnologiju.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pored toga, ako se tehnologija ve\u0161ta\u010dke inteligencije na\u0111e u rukama malog broja kompanija, to mo\u017ee ugu\u0161iti tr\u017ei\u0161no nadmetanje i razvoj novih re\u0161enja. Velike tehnolo\u0161ke kompanije, koje raspola\u017eu ogromnim koli\u010dinama podataka i sredstava, mogu stvoriti prepreke za manja preduze\u0107a i novoosnovane firme, \u0161to vodi manjoj raznovrsnosti na tr\u017ei\u0161tu i mogu\u0107im vi\u0161im cenama za potro\u0161a\u010de.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija donosi obe\u0107anje velikog napretka i ve\u0107e delotvornosti, ona istovremeno nosi niz lo\u0161ih posledica kojima se mora pa\u017eljivo upravljati. Eti\u010dka pitanja, kao \u0161to su pristrasnost i nedostatak transparetnosti, dru\u0161tvene posledice poput gubitka poslova i nadzora, ekonomski izazovi povezani sa nejednako\u0161\u0107u i koncentracijom mo\u0107i, kao i bezbednosni rizici, ukazuju na potrebu za promi\u0161ljenim regulisanjem upotrebe i nadzorom. Kako se ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija bude dalje razvijala, va\u017eno je da donosioci propisa, stru\u010dnjaci za tehnologiju i dru\u0161tvo u celini sara\u0111uju kako bi se ti rizici ubla\u017eili i kako bi se obezbedilo da se ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija razvija i koristi na dobrobit svih ljudi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poznate re\u010di \u010carlsa Dikensa sa po\u010detka ovog teksta obuhvataju slo\u017eenu i protivre\u010dnu prirodu ljudskog postojanja.
