Sistemi za ljudske resurse, koji se \u010desto povezuju sa velikim preduze\u0107ima, sve vi\u0161e postaju potrebni i malim preduze\u0107ima. Kako se alati za upravljanje zaposlenima brzo razvijaju, danas i manja preduze\u0107a mogu da koriste re\u0161enja koja pojednostavljuju rad slu\u017ebe za ljudske resurse, pove\u0107avaju zadovoljstvo zaposlenih i podr\u017eavaju rast poslovanja. Uvo\u0111enje posebnog sistema za ljudske resurse mo\u017ee znatno unaprediti rad malog preduze\u0107a i doneti koristi koje daleko prevazilaze obra\u010dun zarada i osnovno po\u0161tovanje propisa.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato sistemi za ljudske resurse vi\u0161e nisu samo ne\u0161to \u0161to je \u201edobro imati\u201c, ve\u0107 va\u017ean deo stabilnog i dugoro\u010dnog rasta malih preduze\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-148b8ee4a98a78c1b76061052ce8b3b0 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Strate\u0161ko planiranje zasnovano na podacima<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ranije su se mala preduze\u0107a pri dono\u0161enju odluka uglavnom oslanjala na ose\u0107aj i iskustvo. Danas i manja preduze\u0107a mogu da koriste podatke kako bi bolje planirala. Sistemi za ljudske resurse prikupljaju i prou\u010davaju podatke o radnom u\u010dinku, zadovoljstvu zaposlenih, odlascima iz preduze\u0107a i nedostacima u ve\u0161tinama. To malim preduze\u0107ima omogu\u0107ava da donose odluke na osnovu \u010dinjenica.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izve\u0161taj Gartner-a iz 2023. godine pokazao je da je 56% malih preduze\u0107a koja koriste analizu podataka o zaposlenima prijavilo ve\u0107e zadovoljstvo zaposlenih i bolje zadr\u017eavanje talenata.
