Prema Gallup izve\u0161taju iz 2023. godine, 76% zaposlenih do\u017eivljava sindrom sagorevanja bar povremeno, \u0161to dovodi do \u010de\u0161\u0107ih odsustava, ni\u017eeg nivoa anga\u017eovanosti i pove\u0107ane fluktuacije zaposlenih.<\/p><br\/>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dobra vest? Burnout se mo\u017ee spre\u010diti i njime se mo\u017ee upravljati. Uz prave strategije, kompanije mogu da izgrade zdravije i produktivnije radno okru\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160ta je sindrom sagorevanja &#8211; burnout?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;Burnout&#8220; je stanje fizi\u010dke, emocionalne i mentalne iscrpljenosti izazvano dugotrajnim stresom na poslu.
